I was involved in multiple initiatives to improve the underwriting, claims, and internal associate experience at Auto-Owners Insurance.

Projects were varied in purpose and audience, and include mobile applications, intranets, web systems, and forms. I have been able to bring my research expertise to bear on challenging insurance business applications through usability studies, contextual inquiry, surveys, interaction design, and team communication.

Work performed at Auto-Owners is the possession of the company, and I am not able to publicly share examples of most of my work.

I am proud of the growth I have experienced and the positive impact I am had on the Company.
