I am involved in multiple initiatives to improve the employee experiences at Liberty ranging from improving the Developer Experience through understanding complex engineering pipelines and how to improve them, to influencing the employee performance evaluation process, to helping our Legal teams reduce the product footprint by 60%.

Projects are varied in purpose and audience, and include mobile applications, intranets, web systems, and forms. I have been able to bring my research expertise to bear on challenging insurance business applications through usability studies, contextual inquiry, surveys, kano studies, interaction design, and team communication.
